Dr. Saswati Chaudhury, MD

I felt extremely rushed. She never reached out to me after I had my labs done (more than 2weeks ago), said in the notes I have a condition that I definitely don't have, and wouldn't let me get barely any words in. I had been (and still am) experiencing diarrhea, nausea, and severe stomach cramping, and she prescribed me something for hemorrhoids. Not what I needed. I have called her office 7 different times to see why I am feeling the way I am, and each person I speak to wants me to make another appointment and do more blood work, since Dr. Chaudhury has not taken even a decent amount of care for me. Highly do not recommend seeing her. She was first available when I needed an appointment, but I'd rather wait than see her again.

Can't recommend this physician.

I was very disappointed in the care I received today. The Dr spent maybe 3 minutes with me. She looked at my file and saw that the last time I was given steroids then went on to say she would give me a muscle relaxer but no pain meds. She didn't even think to ask how long it had been since my last MRI. When I asked about one to make sure my back hasn't gotten worse, she said to make another appointment with my regular Dr and he could request one. The whole point of going to ARC is to have continuity of care. I pressed the issue and she finally sent an order for an MRI. As a Dr when a patient comes in barely able to walk you would think you would want to be sure the status of your patient hasn't changed. I do not recommend seeing her if you want any kind of quality care.

This MD was a complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. After talking with my co workers here in my ISD I would advise you all to stay way clear of her.

Very happy with the care received from doctor and clinic. Strongly recommend. Helped get my problems under control.
