Excellent support staff and nurses! Very kind, helpful and professional. We saw Dr Krishnamurthy's Physicians Assistant and she was awesome. We said we didn't need to see the Doctor (even though they offered) as we felt she had covered everything with us and we actually needed to see another specialist to which we were referred.

Dr. Krishnamurthy is the reason I am still alive today. I suffered a brain hemorrhage and several blood clots at 29 years of age, for reasons still unknown. My local ER dismissed my symptoms and treated me as a someone trying to get pain medication. My husband insisted on a CT scan where they found the bleed and rushed me to Upstate Medical, where Dr. Krishnamurthy took over. He performed an initial emergency surgery to remove the clots and control the bleeding and a second to replace a removed bone flap (crainoplasty). I have returned to about 95%+ function and couldn't be more thankful to this man.

Dr K was a treasure we were lucky to find. At a time of great physical pain and mental anguish his calming approach and caring attitude made the ordeal we had in front of us not look so formidable. I am so glad he cared for me and my family.

Dr. Krishnamurthy is an absolutely wonderful doctor. The office staff is extremely efficient, friendly and caring. The wait time is very minimal. The doctor himself has a wonderful way with patients. He makes things very clear and easy to understand, while keeping a sense humor and understanding, even when dealing with patients who are very nervous. The appointments are not rushed and he takes time to thoroughly explain things, as well as answer questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

But by the grace of God & your wonderful knowledge you performed the surgery she needed an now tomorrow she will be 12yrs old.at 3 I didn't think I was gonna see this day.
