Dr. Satish Rao Vadapalli, MD

My negative review is based on the office policies that I find ridiculous, unreasonable, and insulting. Specifically that the office requires that you have a credit card on file so they can charge it whenever they determine a balance is due. (after insurance pays their portion). Although I completely believe that doctors deserve to be paid for their services, I resent that they assume that I (and apparently all of their patients) are irresponsible deadbeats and won't pay for services, so therefore they MUST have a card on file. I’m insulted by the implication. For me, it really doesn’t matter if the doctor is a good provider if this is the way they do business. The office insisted this is a common policy, but I have NEVER been to a doctor that has it in place. Between my husband and I we see a total of 6 or 7 doctors and not one has a similar policy. Bottom line, if you don’t object to giving out your credit card for them to charge as they see fit, then you might have a better… experience than I did. I won’t be returning.

Great doctor. Wonderful bedside manner. Listened to all of my questions and concerns. Performed surgery on me and it was very successful. During my recovery he went out to the waiting room to brief my wife. He made her feel at ease. Great follow up.

Hes a great ENT helped with my sinus problems and the surgery went well. He sets the bar for doctors everywhere. Wait time can sometimes be long, but just know when its your turn he will take all the time you need. Worth the wait. **Just watch out for Valencia Surgical center in Newhall CA. They are considered "out of network" to most PPO insurances. You wont find out til the day of surgery. Get it in writing they are in network before having your surgery with Valencia Surgical Center, in Newhall. Other wise request to have a surgery at the hospital.

After having suffered with sinus infection after sinus infection which turned into another case of pneumonia...I was referred to Dr. Vasapalli. Nice enough guy when he decides to see you. The doctor didn't see me for at least 1 hour, but who's counting ...he wasn't. But ignores all of the information given or reads any doctors notes let alone see the x rays that go with your file. After 30 seconds of looking at your ears , nose, throat..the "doctor" comes to realization that no matter what the other doctors tell you...and x rays show..they re wrong....what a quack! Im going else where!!! Do yourself a favor...get a second opinion!!!

Dr. Vadapali is the best doctor ever, he's kind with my daughters and has alot of patients with me.
