Would of been nice if he had let patients know he was no longer accepting certain ins..as of jan 1 2021..after 10 yrs of being primary dr..kind of upsetting that your just $$ to them.

After reading other people's reviews, I thought I was the only one who notices the rudeness of the staff in the front office, everytime I go there, there is this woman that works at the office who had been rude and loud, most of the time I see her outside the clinic building with cigarette in her mouth ,cell phone on her ear. Very inappropriate sight for the business, I learned her name is Christine. As for Dr Patels practice is a good doctor in my opinion, but he don't practice in any hospital, which is disappointing. I would rate the doctor 3, the staff 1. I liked it there better when he started his clinic, now it seems that he have more staffing but no one is able to answer your phone call, whatever happened to Liza? she had been so helpful.

My experience with Dr patel is alright if I have the sniffles, but for something more serious I am deeply dissatisfied. He cannot admit you to a hospital if thats what you need, because he doesnt practice at any hospital. He sends you to an emergency room or calls an ambulance for you, and this in itself has just put my wifes life in dyer straights. She went there with congestive heart failure and was sent to and emergency room, where she waited 2 hours to be seen and then after 9 total hours, she was sent home without anything being done. He knew she needed to be admitted but he could not do it. So she sits at home with congestive heart failure.

Dr Patel is a good doctor but lately I notice he is always in a hurry to see patient. I stop going there, I cannot stand the rudeness of the staff, front office and the hispanic lady with dark hair. There used to be a nice asian lady that work there very approachable and helpfull and knowledgable, since she is no longer works there, I cannot get anybody talk to me or answer the phone.

My grandmother sees Dr. Patel and I decided to try him being as I was in need of a new GP, he is hard to understand and he rushes you along. My biggest gripe was, he will not refill your medication. I mean, normal medication like blood pressure and antidepressants. He was just not the fit for me.

Dr.Patel is a wonderful Doctor. He spends the amount of time necessary to make sure patients understand anything going on. He asks if the patients have any questions. He does not get up until he is sure the patient understands everything.The problem is with the staff who is at the front desk. There used to be a lady there who was friendly and kind. Now, no one answers the phone and the lady at the window is rude. I literally have to drive to the office to make an appointment. One day I called ten times before someone called me back. The next time, no one called me back after three hours, so I drove to the office ( 15 miles ) to get an appointment. The only reason I am using this Doctor is because he is so great. If it weren't for that, I would never use this Doctor again because of the unkind rude lady at the front desk. I don't know her name, but she has dark hair. She immediately jumped to the defensive when I asked if they ever answer their phone or if it's every day… practice to let the phone roll over to voice mail.
