Dr. Satu Marjaana Salonen, MD

Dr. Satu Salonen is a family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at the University of Nevada Reno, building a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care. With 14 years of experience in family medicine, Dr. Salonen has developed expertise in treating patients across all age groups, from children to adults.

Dr. Salonen practices at multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, including Saint Vincent Hospital and UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, as well as One Medical in Boston. She focuses on treating joint pain, back pain during pregnancy, and back pain in children and teenagers. Her approach to care includes physical therapy, strength training, and manual therapy techniques to help patients manage pain and improve their overall health.
