Dr. Saul Rosoff, MD

Dr Rosoff has truly saved my life when it comes to my diagnosis. He can be extremely difficult to work with, especially when insurance companies or pharmacies have to work with him ... but he does care about his patients health and will prescribe the appropriate medication when necessary.

Unprofessional. This guy said some offensive things to me and called me a homosexual. I wouldn't recommend someone so unprofessional and strange to anyone.

After 20 years of misery and misdiagnoses, Dr. Rosoff diagnosed my problem and with a short term of some simple little pills, my life entirely changed. May G-d bless him.

Thanks to Doctor saul Rosoff i was able to change life from terrible to good ! This was back in 1984, i was a really very sick young gentleman of 25 years old. For many years suffering from a right upper quadrant pain with multiples symptoms, from lights to very heavy, til this pain and consequences were taking all happiness of life from me... I saw prior to him many specialists in France and Caribbean where i was living, until the day a Generalist told me about D. Rosoff. I was then living in LA. I thought i was going crazy and more depressed every day after 4 years being sick. From the beginning he told me that something was wrong and that he will help me all the way until we find out what was the problem, at a time i was undergoing exams every week with quite a lot of pain , nothing ever appear on all the exams, and he insisted with all the tools he could possibly use to find out the problem....It took more than one year , one day i started to have fever and my general condition… was becoming worst, he decided to make a laparoscopic examination, ( again this was back on 1985...) i stayed a long time in surgery then 10 days in Century city Hospital. ( Adhesions with some peritoneal nodules ) . in 2 months i took 20 pounds back and discovered that life was wonderful, i am 54 now , And i have been living all over the world, father of 5 kids, and always wanted to say , " Thanks Doctor Saul Rosoff" !!!

This physician was not at all receptive to my needs. No bedside manner whatsoever - would not even look me in the eye and seemed uncomfortable during the visit. He rushed out before I could get a chance to ask any questions. I do not recommend this physician.

Very professional physician caring and looking for all aspects to determine an accurate diagnosis. Two things which upset me though were the following: after an endoscopy of the throat during the recovery in the office I chocked severely and continuously for approximately 1/2 hour to 45 minutes with saliva continuing to drain from the saliva glands into thr tray. Everyone seemed too busy to check on me and explain if this was usual for the procedure that was just performed. A few weeks later he ordered and MRI and a Cat Scan to be performed. When I went to have these procedures the insurance would NOT give authorization for the Cat Scan at that time. I called his office since there was a followup appointment scheduled to review their results. After explaining I had called the attorney and was going to have the referring doctor request the procedure for Doctor Rosoff we agreed when the procedures were complete to contact the office for an appointment for evaluation of the results… rather than come in 2 times to discuss the MRI and then come back again to discuss the Cat Scan. After both were completed I called for appointment and was told I was no longer his patient since I was noncooperative. He seemed NOT to understand I must await the insurance provider's decision the patient has no control over them except to scream and yell for them to cover what the doctor orders. I felt that in the middle of treatment that the doctor abandoned me. The procedure was eventually authorized and the referring doctor ordered it and reviewed the results.
