Dr. Savitha Bhat Kasturi, DO

I LOVE Dr. Kasturi and had been seeing her for a few years now, but her staff is rude and definitely look like they don't want to be there and her coworkers (Especially Dr. Sauls) are nasty and mean. Apparently I can only really see Dr. Kasturi at least once a year and instead have to see Dr. Sauls instead of her. Please don't go unless you want to be called selfish and ungrateful.

I transferred my care to Dr. Kasturi in Oct 2018. She is the 1st Dr that I have located in Daytona that seemed to care about meeting the needs of older patients. Very caring and the NP that I saw was very competent

Dr. Kasturi is great, but her staff is not reliable. I have called to have a prescription renewed twice with no response. The next month, the same thing. I finally went to the office to get someone to help.

I recently moved 90 miles away from Dr. Kasturi's office but since I haven't located a new doctor I drove the 90 miles to see Dr. Kasturi to have a prescription filled that was a controlled substance drug (Ritalin), which I have taken most of my life, for the purpose it was intended, and I was going to start a new job and didn't want to start having just gone cold turkey after all those years. I wasn't able to see the doctor herself but saw 2 new physician assistants, and had to explain everything twice, and one, in particular, kept their face in the computer and barely looked up at me. I was very clear that I had moved and exactly what CVS the prescriptions would need to be called into, and not my previous one that was 90 miles from where I lived now. That was 5 days ago and still nothing to my CVS. They did call it into a wrong CVS but because the prescription is a controlled substance it couldn't be transferred from one store to another over the phone. The doctor would have to… again call it into the correct CVS. That message was left yesterday, early, but no again, nothing was called into the correct pharmacy. This morning the drug store they would attempt to call but they haven't had any luck either - 4 hours later. When I just called no answer, at any of the extensions. If they were at lunch there should at least been a message indicating so, but nothing! The one time I saw the doctor she was great, but her staff, which since plentiful, in my opinion are incompetent.

Dr Savitha Kasturi is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, very pleasant doctor. She not only treated my physical illness but also made me feel very comfortable mentally. I am very lucky to have her as my family physician

She and ger staff are amazing

Don't see the nurse ptlractioner. Worst experience ever!

I love Dr. Kasturi. During my visits, she has listened to me, asked questions, but most importantly, taken time with me and given me the feeling that I was important to her. I felt as though I were with a friend. She was a very easy transition from a doctor I had had for many years, whom I also loved, but who had retired. Finding Dr. Kasturi was a real strike of luck for me.
