Wait time is very long, unorganized front desk, waiting room crowded during pandemic time. Unprofessional & unsafe environment

Bad customer service weating time 3 hours

My son Medicaid has changed and she saw him one time and I scheduled for sick visit and when i got to her office the told me she can’t see your child because she don’t accept the new insurance. Witch is they never told me that over the phone when I scheduled. She is only care about payment even when i said my child had a high fever

No doubt she is the best doctor in town; however, there is no management at all. If you have no job, and you are free all day then Dr. Talib office can give you free sitting and waiting option all day long. Walk in minimum time is 2 hours.

Dr. Talib is the most caring and professional pediatrician that you will ever see. She is always smiling no matter how crazy things are, and in a pediatric office there is always some level of chaos. Most people that you see getting frustrated in the waiting room will come out all smiles because you forget about the wait time when you realize that you came to see a doctor that was definitely worth the wait. It would be great if appointments were scheduled a bit further apart so there would be less of a wait time but I guess that is what happens when you are an incredible doctor and everyone wants to bring their kids in to her! She is the best, I love her, was her patient as an adolescent, now bring my own kids to her :)

So this was our first visit to the Doc, since our baby born. Scheduling apt was very smooth. But when we arrived there it started all chaos. No management, no planning and no doctor. We had apt at 9AM n were seen doc @ 10:50. People who scheduled after us got seen before. More than 16 patient were there at a 9:40AM. Total mismanagement.When we got chance to see the doc, she spent reasonable amount of time with us and tried to answer our question. NO suggestion or recommendation from the doc's side. Not very impressed (my personal view).Yeah, they charged you before seeing the doc, as perhaps they know after waiting ~2 hr, patient might not pay:).

She is genius, nice, professional.
