Dr. Scarlett Tan Lu, DO

If you would like a professional doctor, stay away. This doctor provides very poor care to her patients and is arrogant, with no reason to be. She carries herself like a child.

I am beyond pleased with Dr Lu. She has provided and supported my medical needs without hesitation. She is accessible via office visits or over the phone. My daughter has derma issues and she saw her immediately and referred her to specialist during her appointment. Thank you Dr Lu!

Dr Lu is very easy to get an appointment with and she spends time with you. Very thorough and caring. By far the best Dr I have seen in a very long time.

Was caught off guard today. Dismissal from my doctor. Sutter health was concerned about her care for me. It was apparently negligent and put me in harms way. I have dermatitis and had flare ups. Doctor LU said go to urgent care. I can't help you. So I did. She got called on the carpet for that. Which I did not know going in today. She informed me point blank. I will not be your doctor anymore. You have 30 days to find another provider. Then what she should of done in the first place was to put in an order for the dermatologist. She did that today. After suffering for 2 months. Cold as a stone.

Dr. Lu has been my doctor PRIOR to starting her own practice! She saved my life when I had an office appointment with her that required a blood transfusion at Methodist Hospital! She is smart, thorough, caring, friendly, and personable! Dr. Lu is an excellent professional and I highly recommend her! You won’t regret it!!

My family and I have been seeing her for about 10years. She always makes time to fit us in when we need medical help. She is very nice and doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist when needed. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lu is the best family doctor. Professional knowledgeable and expert in her field. Most importantly, she is compassionate and show genuine concern for patient's needs. We give her high recommendations for anyone looking for family doctor.

Her office is a drive for me 30 minutes in good traffic but worth the drive. Was sad to see front office gal Sasha gone really liked her. Dr Lu has always listened to my concerns. She is very direct which I like as I'm a very direct individual when speaking to others. I like the fact she personally calls you regarding test results

I am always happy with her service. She is very kind and listens to you.

Dr. Lu and her staff are rude and care nothing about the patient. It was a horrid experience I would want no other person that is ill to experience.
