Dr. Scott Allen Abramson, MD

patient was diagnosed with irritability in left temporal (EEG) and put immediately on keppra by Medicare neurologist to control upper body myoclonic jerks. Dr. Abramson stopped keppra saying jerks may just "go away" two months later off keppra patient suffered a myoclonic jerk throwing patient halfway off bed leaving him hanging upside down off bed and unconscious. Patient suffer two fractured hips requiring immediate surgery and was never able to regain his freedom of movement even after months of rehab. After "accident" patient was put back on keppra by another Kaiser neurologist.

patient EEG showed irritability in left temporal and having myoclonic jerks in upper body -was put on keppra by Medicare neurologist. Dr Abramson stopped the Keppra saying this may all "go away" It didn't "go away" jerks continued some stronger than others bending patient 2 months later patient was thrown halfway off the bed by a myoclonic jerk fracturing both hips requiring immediate surgery and months of rehab patient was never the same and not able to return to "normal" walking again.
