The doctor spent only 7 minutes top with my son Never reviewed the prescriptions at all That was only performed by a technician On the way out I noticed thank god Prescription was written wrong Terrible mistake A second technician had to stay over time all of the girl We’re gone and check what happened I will go now another doctor I am not trusting anything there today now since he did not review the papers who knows Is sad as a parent you make the sacrifice to go all the way there 46 minutes drive to get poor service and the appointment is not free of charge Insurance has to pay anyways Before the business grew he was much better he really tried and took care of each kid I used to go Not anymore that enthusiasm as a doctor is gone to go over throughly at least today

He gave my son a prescription for glasses after a very superficial evaluation by his assistant. There was a big change vs. previous year that nobody explained or mentioned (they just handed the formula on my way out) and, given the quality of the evaluation, I decided to take him to the optician where they measured his sight with the machine and turned out the prescription was totally wrong (more augment in the eye with better vision and numbers not in line with what he needed). Before this, I was never satisfied by Dr. Cardone not been able to answer any of my questions ("I dk", "if you want") and pretending to not understand what I say just because I don't use technical language (or maybe because I have an accent).

BEWARE!!! I give 1 star because 0 stars is not an option!! I would NEVER recommend this place nor Dr. Scott C. Cardone to anyone EVER even if it were the last place standing!! To say my experience there was horrific is an understatement! My son is 7 years old and autistic, when he could not follow the doctors request as quickly as he wanted him to he quickly began to berate my son by saying "maybe he needs a hearing test too!" Then he ripped away a little toy my son had in his grasp. When my son got upset, he abruptly got up and barged out of the room shouting "whenever you can get him to cooperate, I'll come back!" Dr. Cardone was professional and patient. We always have an excellent experience with Dr. Cardone , the waiting time in this office is really good, we never wait more that 15 Min even when the office is really full

I would recommend Dr. Cardone. He was very patient and professional. All our questions concerning our son's eye condition were answered. Dr. Cardone did not rush and our son felt very comfortable.

My children have been patients of Dr. Cardone for five years. He is knowledgeable and friendly with great bedside manner. He explains everything in understandable terms and always answers all of my questions. The staff is polite and helpful. Best of all, they remember my children which makes them feel great. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone!

Dr. was cold and rude. Felt like diagnosis was rushed and not explained well. Unprofessional, had to dialated by daughters eyes three times. Will never go back.

If you want a rude and condescending Doctor, see Scott Cardone immediately because he is perfect for you. The staff were the only pleasant thing about the visit. He acts inconvenienced by your presence. Will never see him again.
