I've always wanted to find a good hometown family doctor, since I've never had one. I went in to his office with three valid health concerns, and he only addressed one of them. He told me I was young and "should" be pretty healthy, just eat well and exercise and I'll be OK. Just another pecker checker that doesn't actually care.

Went for annual physical and that's all he did. Listen to my lungs and ordered labs. Never palpatated my abdomen, and never physically checked to feel if my prostate was abnormal size. Yet his office charged insurance for a full physical exam.

Dr Ciechna was my doctor during my pregnancy, and both my son and I's afterward until he left Springfield. He was the best Doctor!!!! I was very sad to see him leave. If you have any question on whether or not he is a good Dr, do not question it he definitely is! You will not regret your decision.

Dr. Ciechna is locate at minooka medical office off of rt 6 and ridge rd in channahon, Il. He is a great doctor and love that he joined our pediatricians office my kids adore him! Hope this helps those looking for him!!

I too am puzzled by his whereabouts. Dr Ciechna is by far the best doctor I have seen and I would like to find out where he will be practicing. If anyone has any information please post it here.

Dr. Ciechna is, by far, one of the most caring doctors I have ever seen. He listens and shows genuine concern and attention. It was by sheer luck that he became my primary when I relocated to Plainfield - he just happened to be officed at the closest medical facility to me. Recently, someone from the office contacted me to reschedule an appointment I had to one with another doctor in the facility as Dr. Ciechna "is on an extended leave of absence." Rumors I overheard while there say that he is no longer with Will County Medical Associates. Anyone have info on this? If true, anyone know where he is practicing?
