I would give a 0 if I could. Carrie, his helper is rude, passive aggressive and unprofessional. That is just one problem. I had a brace made and it was very uncomfortable. Dr Cohen told me to take it home and wear it for two weeks. I took it back sooner and could tell they were both not happy about that. He sent it off to be modified, I went yesterday after almost 3 weeks for a fitting. Carrie handed me the brace to fit it myself in the waiting room and told me I owed $350. I told her I couldn’t pay for it if it didn’t fit right. At that point Dr Cohen came in the room in a fit of rage and told me to leave. I told him I wanted to see how the brace fit. He pointed his finger in my face and screamed for me to leave or he would call the police. He told me if I left the brace he would put it in the garbage and send the bill to collections. This experience was frightening. I am in the medical field myself and have never experienced anything like this.

They are simply the best.
