Wait times are longer than an hour for ROUTINE appointments (its funny, they want your there ON-TIME but they wont see you until an hour later!)Receptionists are blunt, no personality and RUDE at times. Receptionists are the first to represent a practice and with their poor attitudes, it reflects poorly on the entire practice. Nurses (or assistants) are generally nice but cannot answer even the most basic non-medical questions.Finally, Dr. Coleman is nice. However, he avoids direct eye-contact which gives the impression of being uncaring and uninterested. Additionally, he spends very little time in the exam room and as a Pediatrician, he does not seem interested in growth/development of infants, never commented on our childs development either in the positive or negative manner. Overall, this practice seems to cater to quantity and NOT quality. I advise anyone looking into this practice to determine if you would prefer a quality service with friendly and personable staff and… doctors or the type of practice that offers an assembly-line/cookie-cutter medicine that does not seem to be truly interested in you or your child.
