Dr. Scott Anthony Cota, MD

I have to say the first couple of visits with Dr. Cota over the past year was not bad, he seemed to be a nice guy, but I had no issues and really how hard is it to read a blood lab. I mean all the highs and lows are on the lab report. It's a no brainer. But when I have a life threatening brain issue, he doesn't know what to do and is not willing to admit he doesn't know what is wrong and point me to another doctor. He won't even order me a special blood lab to eliminate possible causes based on my symptoms. He says we are unable to communicate and places me in another medical team to get rid of me. When I left his office, he had already decided there was not going to be a follow up appointment to help determine what was wrong with my brain. I requested he set me up with an appointment to see a neurologist, at least he did that for me. As far as I am concerned he is okay as long as the patient has no issues.

He is an excellent doctor! He has helped me and my family with everything I have ever needed. Not only did he help but he also went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had or to help with any sort of medical problem any of us had
