Dr. Scott B Culpepper

Went to him for an invisalign treatment for my crowded teeth. While stripping my teeth (procedure where the orthodontist will shave down a tiny bit between the teeth) he overdid it so much that there were huge gaps, even once the treatment was finished. It took many months and an additional 10 trays to fix it. His assertion that I should be grateful that he covered the cost of these additional trays after messing my teeth up was very disappointing. Still, he was able to charge me extra for the final retainers (when the treatment plan had included them in the final price), so he made sure he recouped some of the cost.

Not the place to go if you are in severe pain. the dentist did not even take a look or touch me before he said he could'nt help, apparently he didnt want to do his job and i felt discriminated against. then they threaten to call the police and throw me out of the office but stopped in their tracks when i said i would call the news. I personally think the place is a fraud, the dentist is no good and doesnt want to help patients. Bad choice, dont waste your time. Do not go there!

Dr Culpepper is a brilliant dentist!
