Dr. Scott William Franklin, MD

I have had sinusitis for 67 years. Dr. Franklin discovered a physical reason why and performed a sinuplasty in his office. He explained everything! I mean why I take medication, how , when and the surgery completely before he operated. The staff was professional and I an thanking GOD I found him. He was so compassionate. He was going away for a week so I waited for his return for my appointment and I am so glad I did!

I have suffered from severe allergies most of my life. I was referred to Dr. Franklin after a visit to the ER with a serious sinus infection. He completely put me at ease. He took the time to hear my history and symptoms. In my case, sinus surgery was necessary. I was terrified and he gave me all of the information so that I could make an informed decision. He was wonderful! The surgery went great and I have never been able to breathe this well! Dr, Franklin truly cares for the patient. I have sent my family to him as well. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

I have undergone surgery and follow up treatment for a deviated septum and severe allergies. 3 years later I rarely have issues with sinus infections. Dr. Franklin and his staff have always been wonderful.

I have been a patient of Scott Franklin for several years. I see him every two weeks and each visit has always been pleasant. He never rushes and always listens to what I have to say. On occasion when I am having an issue and need to be seen, he always has time to fit me into his schedule. His staff are very courteous and helpful. I am always recommending him to my friends.

Dr Franklin has been my ENT for over 8 years. First I did allergy shots but he has since changed me to sub lingual drops which are working great. Nearly 2 yrs ago I was one of his first patient to have balloon sinew plasty on my check up today my sinuses are still totally open and clear! Dr Franklin and his staff are very helpful with every aspect of my care!

I see that other patients have had trouble getting THEIR money back from Dr Franklin after they were overcharged. You have to pay what they tell you is owed or you will not be seen. When asked to contact my insurance, the office staff refused. They were rude and arrogant. The worst part is that it is condoned by the doctor. Over charging patients and holding THEIR money for months before it is refunded is wrong any way you look at it.

I love Dr. Franklin and his staff. The office atmosphere is very nice and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed how Dr. Franklin took time to make sure I understood my diagnosis.

Dr. Franklin and his staff were wonderful during my visit recently. I am delighted to have found a doctor who spends time with me to answer my questions about my diagnosis. It is refreshing to find someone who is honest and doesn't waste time telling me what I want to hear just to collect the fee. I highly recommend Dr. Franklin and his staff to my friends and family.

I am shocked by any negative comments Dr. Franklin or his staff have received on this site. My family has been patients of Dr. Franklin for 2 1/2 years and we have never had a problem with his staff or with him. I would like to point out to the patient who knew she was running late that morning for an afternoon appointment: Call the office first before driving to your appointment if you know you will be late. I am 45 years old and know it is common courtesy to call if you are going to be late in any situation. Dr. Franklin's staff is always very professional and kind to me and to my children. I would recommend Dr. Franklin to my friends and family.

I absolutely Love Dr. Franklin and his staff. He spends more than enough time with me and my children during appointments and always makes sure I understand the diagnoses. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Franklin to my friends and family.
