Scott Ispirescu, MDMy ExperienceI trained locally in Southern California, where I attended UC Irvine and obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology. After graduating from Loma Linda Universiy Medical School, I completed my residency in Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Southern California.About My PracticeI work with children, adolescents, and adults to enable them to live their lives to their fullest. The mind and body are two parts of a whole, and what affects one will affect the other. Good nutrition, exercise, getting rest and recreation, and avoiding harmful habits form a foundation on which to build good health. I often hear complaints that physicians have become "pill pushers". While I believe that medication is an important component of treatment, it is only one building block in whole-person care. The least competent psychiatrist I have ever known. I don't like writing reviews, but this is important for others. NEVER use him. I saw him for over a year and literally EVERY appointment he failed to fill my prescription. I had to call the office back and have the receptionist call the pharmacy and spent hours just making sure it got filled. But for sheer laziness of not finding another psychiatrist, I stayed with him for so long.

I have been seing Dr. Ispirescu for more than a year, he is very caring and attentive and never rush my visite He is always looking for way to help more with my problem. I would recommend Dr. Ispirescu to anyone.

I've been a patient of Dr Ispirescu for about 1 year. I would strongly recommend him to my friends and family. He has been a blessing in guiding us through the rough times.

I have been seeing Dr. Scott out of loyalty and laziness for over 8 years. I have been saying that I needed to find a new doctor after the first few appointments. He treats each patient like a number. Getting an appointment is like jumping through hoops. Count on at least waiting 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. I work in the medical field and finally just had it with OCPA. I always leave feeling ripped off and afraid that these type of doctors prescribe psychiatric meds. Run
