Dr. Scott A Jackson

First visit was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with him. They took many x rays and scheduled me for cleaning,which is what I wanted. Dr. Jackson is well trained and seems very competent so I will be returning for my next appointment.

I am in my fifties I was not blessed with nice thick enamel on my teeth so I have had to have a fair amount of work done. I will call him Mr. Jackson the term doctor should be used for people who actually care about others. Evidently because I wasn't able to pay his nearly two thousand dollars fee in the time frame he wanted I had no idea a "doctor" would cause a person pain because of money. I couldn't figure out why he was so callus and ruff while working on me one of his employees who described herself as a "personal friend" of Mr. Jackson. She whispered to me "off the record" he mentioned that he didn't like me because I had to make payments to him for the money I owed. I had never experienced pain like what he put me through. I work very hard for my money I have three small children in school and my schedule varies, I had to change some of my appointments because of last minute schedule changes with my job so then he saw his chance to send me a letter saying I could no longer be… his patient. For the record, my insurance company and myself paid Mr. Jackson every penny he was owed. The insurance company actually asked me why his fee was so much higher than average for a simple procedure (in short he over charges so he can get the insurance money and then bill the patient for even more money)! I would rather have a biker knock my teeth out than to set foot back into this Jack-sons' office.
