Dr. Scott Jordan, MD

My wife had surgery with Dr. Scott Jordan, and I feel extremely lucky we landed in his hands. He's not the type to sugarcoat things - and we appreciated that. He was clear, confident, and obviously knew what he was doing from the second we met him. This guy is a gynecologic oncologist surgeon, not your neighborhood hand-holder. He’s smart, precise, and speaks like someone who does this all day long… because he does. The surgery went perfectly. Recovery was much faster than expected. Zero complications. He used robotic surgery, and the results speak for themselves. If you want the best possible surgical outcome and a doctor who will tell it to you straight—this is your guy. A lot of people confuse “matter of fact” with a lack of compassion. I didn’t see that at all. I saw a surgeon who took his job seriously and gave us total confidence every step of the way.

Dr. Scott Jordan is an expert in the field of robotic hysterectomy, and I could not be more grateful for his skill and care. He gave me a clear, matter-of-fact explanation of why surgery was necessary, and his surgical expertise made all the difference. My procedure was smooth, recovery was far easier than expected, I was off OTC pain medication in 24 hours and back on my feet within days. 72 hours post op I logged 6,000 steps, I felt amazing. I feel better now than I have in years. I highly recommend Dr. Jordan to anyone needing a gynecologic oncologist and skilled robotic surgeon. Dr. Jordan lacks empathy and communication skills. I met Dr. Jordan while I was in the hospital for two days. He quickly recommended robotic surgery instead of the office appointment I wanted after discharge to discuss my case. The actual post op visit was uncomfortable and rushed. I couldn't ask questions. I was treated rudely after addressing an error in my file regarding my surgery. I haven't felt well since the surgery. I don't recommend him. I wasn't treated like a person, but like the next subject he could do robotic surgery on.
