Dr. Scott Alan Kahn, MD

Nope. Never again. Worst bedside manner and looked disheveled. I had same procedure years ago with dr Parker ( who was wonderful) but his wait list was too long.

Well sad to say, I have had nothing but a very bad experience with Dr. Scott Kahn. It seemed like he wasn't listening to what I was trying to explain to him about my medical situation. I also noticed he seemed very uninterested in having me there that day. I noticed his doctor's white coat was very dirty as well. It tells a lot about a doctor. Like this was not bad enough, they had cancelled my appointment for a procedure that I was scheduled for without letting me know. I actually found out when I went in for a mandatory Covid Test for the procedure and found out from another party that my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for another month and a half without contacting me about the cancellation and rescheduling for the procedure. .... (They didn't even consult with me to see if this new date was good for me and my schedule) Overall, they have been truly sloppy and unprofessional.... I have never had an experience like this before. I would have given a zero on ratings, but… they would not allow that.

Very unprofessional. Cannot write anymore as I am filing a malpractice suit against him.

My husband goes to Dr. Scott Kahn. First of all he has a great bedside manner with his patients. He was right on the mark with my husbands illness. I also had kidney stones removed thru lithotrpsy with Dr. Kahn. I would say he cares for his patients and helps them to get better.

This doctor prescribed a medication which caused extremely unpleasant side effects and his bedside manner was poor. I do not recommend this doc unless you want to be conned.

I went to Dr. Kohn for multiple kidney stones on both kidneys. This was caused by RX medications . He walked in the exam room and looked at me and said " Oh so you drink a lot " - first words out of his mouth . I was offended - I am going to a different Dr, in that practice. He is ignorant and rude. IF he did his homework he would know Topamax caused my kidney stones . I did report him to the office. BUT the rest of the people in that practice were lovely to me . BUT he has to go !

very nice and kind doctor. very though and knows how to treat a patient. excellent urology skills. record keeping is excellent. uses no charts or paper. All my records are computerized, so no lost charts. staff is fantastic, and minimal no wait time. I recommending him highly.

He may be a good doc, I can't tell yet. But his personality makes him not someone I'd want to use as my doc, especially for something important, like surgery. These are important, personal relationships where comfort with giving a doc some control over your health and life can hinge on perceived attitude and other subjective measures, so your mileage may vary.
