Dr Keeley refused to see me for the first appointment, a started the second appointment by informing me that he had no interest in diagnosing or treating my case. This was after months of supposedly being cared for by MNGI.

Dr Keeley is great. He has always explained to me the different treatment options, risks, and current research around UC which gives me great confidence that I'm receiving the best care. He also has been good about explaining how my other health conditions and treatments may interact with my UC and UC treatment. I've had UC for 30 years now and I feel my best care has been since I began seeing Dr Keeley.

I sometimes feel rushed and don't get all of my concerns addressed. I feel like I am bothering the doctor or your staff with my problems and concerns. Not really sure if I am on the right track or not. Have been battling ulcerative colitis for the last 6 months. Having lots of side effects I have never experienced before.
