Dr. Scott Sang Won Kim, MD

Dr. Kim showed he had an amazing bed side manor, and that he actually cares for you and your issues. This was the first time in a long time I feel like I actually have hope for this long road I have been on. I appreciate his knowledge and time so much! However, I will also comment in that I was not impressed by his front office staff. While His MA checking me in was fantastic, my check out and scheduling process was fantastic, whoever was checking in patients for appointments that day really did not seem to enjoy her job. This is something I highly value when I am greeted at any office and that was something definitely lacking.No deduction in stars were made as this was a review for Dr. Kim but I did want you to be aware of your front office girl.

You are great. Your nurse or candy striper is not. Just wanted to tell ..you again. this second time..... that I cannot afford your services.. SO this may be a GREAT thing. Nurse Candy needs training to deal with mentally unbalanced. probably should not put anything else on my chart. Im not sure if they dismiss the insurance coverage.. but i cant give you anything. Find a nurses that has at least a small hello, or can show a tiny smile would help her a ton. Have a good spring !! cc; Garrison & Garrison Teresa
