This office is the worst. Do not waste your time I made with the Physicians assistant. She was cold and had not compassion. I had open heart surgery a year and a half ago. I was experiencing problems with my current doctor and thought this may be a time to change. This doctor seemed fit the bill. I had an appointment made for a few months out.I had my records transferred.. I have a heart condition and called for me to get open heart surgery. I had been with my last primary for over 20 years and noticed the office care was not on the ball as it get my medications. Anyway, I decided to look for change find a new doctor. Made the appointment. Before that appointment my last doctor said I had a uninary infection that should go away. After a month decided to see this new doctor. I couldn't see the doctor But the nurse partitioner. For a person who has bben thought the mill with many tests and appointments I can safely say this was the worst ever in my life. She was an army sergeant.… No compassion spoke under breath about certain prescriptions I have berm prescribed due to condition my she made me feel like a drug addict. My cardiologist is under the same umbrella of health care system thought this would have been a good move. She told me she can refer to e a psychiatrist to help. This was the first visit to review my records and for help with an unwary track infection. Why do I need to see a psychiatrist when they doesn't even now my complete history. When I said no worry if you do not prescribe It is actual up to my cardiologist. Under her breath she say he will stop. Then she asked me if I "just decided not to take the meds from my former doctor for my infection" when I opened with the reason I came was that I missed an appointment where my former doctor would have given me meds but asked if I was experiencing any issues. This last appointment my lateness not the doctor. He said if you are probably alright since I'm not experiencing any issues and to drink cranberry juice. No problem. Well after about a month though I was thought I was having issues and thoughI should double to check.. New Doctor's office: For this person to ask such a question when I told her, but she inferred I didn't listen and made uncalled for comments to me made me feel as though I do not need this doctor. The nurse persuaded me to talk to the office manager as I cut the appointment short after her disrespectful comment. I did. She asked me if I wanted to see the doctor later. I said I would call back. I did, waited and waited and then as asked to leave a message. Lena Jedicka has yet to call me back. This was over a week ago. AGAIN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT= Doctors are to have compassion and understanding. Patiences come first, not matter. I was polite the whole time, but I was honest. I am also BLACK. This is why I think I was disrespected. Avoid this doctor.

Dr. Marsel is like no other doctor I have been too. He is allways in a and never explains your results or even shows concern. They push you in and out of his office you never know whats wrong with you. He should not be in practice. He could never even remember what I had, if I got test done. He mixed up me and my husbands record.and his staff is so unprofessional and rude. I really don't have anything against him personally. He's just a terrible doctor.

Dr. Marsel has been my primary care physician for many years. He is kind, detailed oriented and has seen me through many health events.

Doctor does not give results of test ordered.Had appointment & was cancelled when I got there, staff said I didn't owe copay then sent me a bill.Nurse is rude denies what she told me. Other staff is totally incompetent. Looking for another doctor.

Won't listen in a hurry too busy dictating hard headed smartalec Staff had me call and ck on refills 3 times and finally said oh you need an appt ... I have chronic back, knees, fibromyalgia and yet they don't want you on pain meds ... wait till they need em and then it will be a different story

Doctor is very good, but the staff is extremely careless.

This guy has no time for his customers. He will gladly take your money. I have paid him handsomely tens of thousands of dollars and still get treated like crap. No self-respecting customer would take the crap they dish out there. Go find another doctor!

Have been to Dr. Marsel 5 times. Not going back. Office staff is rude and uncaring. Had to call multiple times to get paperwork done. Was asked by medical assistant how I wanted the prescription filled out-shouldn't that be the doctors doing ? Appointment lasted maybe 10 minutes with him telling me everything I was going to do-wasn't given a moment to respond. Tried to change everything my endo doctor has me doing-it isn't going to happen. Have decided to change doctors-he is rude, short tempered and I won't accept that kind of doctor. Maybe doctors should remember, they work for us-we pay their salary. A patient-doctor relationship is to be a mutual, work togething thing-not a dictatorship.

You just can't beat Dr. Marsel!
