I accompanied an elderly family member, on referral after a hospital visit. He was kind and friendly, treated his patient with dignity, and gave a thorough explanation of the situation.

Treated respectably the 1st visit and EXTREMELY disrespectful the subsequent visit. Ended up admitted to the hospital in severe pain after a "simple" procedure Dr Morgan performed. Worse I have ever been "treated" by any doctor, anywhere, at any time! I would have to be in a pain level of 11 before I would consider going back to him! I would give him a MINUS 10 STARS if I could!

I don't want to go into my medical details on the internet, but I had an injury that led to nearly 100% bladder incontinence. After being told to "do kiegels" by my PCP as I was losing more and more control, I went to Dr. Morgan in desperation. I'm a young woman and I didn't want to live that way. Two appointments later, Dr Morgan performed a surgery and I am 100% back to normal. He was kind. He was friendly. He understood fully what had happened to me both emotionally and physically and he helped me get my life back. I know this sappy, but it's my experience and I don't ever want anyone who is in the position I was in to hesitate getting help. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan.

Dr. Morgan has been my urologist since 2009. I feel good about his services, feel safe with him. He keeps up with the latest research and also does his own research. He is the best.

Nursing staff was pleasant to deal with, however Dr.Morgan had the worst attitude towards his patient that I had ever witnessed. He made his patient feel unwelcome, and as if they were a burden to him. As a Healthcare professional myself I suggest Dr. Morgan work on his communication skills and bed side manner when discussing a patient case.

I was told in hospital that I needed a stent right away for 2 large kidney stones. Later when I went to office for followup, i was told that they were actually 2 small stones.Later still, the office manager told me that Dr Morgan is "not sure its stones or a growth or what". So still have a painful stent in .... for what? Very poor explanation of what was being done in the first place and why. D-
