Dr. Scott Naftulin

Went to him for a IME appointment for workers compensation. At one point he was literally yelling at me because he didn't like how I was trying to answer his questions. Wish I would have had someone with me.

First time seeing this doctor. Zero compassion, bedside manner is horrendous. Does not listen, talked down to me when I started to explain that my current lower back episode was much worse than the previous one (last time was very painful but this time, completely incapacitated, bedridden for 5 days). Told me that I was not recalling pain level correctly from previous episode and, as I sat there not saying a word, he kept insisting, “I’m not going to argue with you, you’re just not remembering it correctly.” How could he know what happened to me 4 years ago when I had just met him and he wouldn’t give me a chance to explain? His nurse, who got me set up before he came into the room, marveled at how thorough the exam would be. That was a joke. He tapped my knees twice, watched me take a few steps, and declared the exam finished. I’m truly surprised at the positive reviews this doctor gets. Arrogant, condescending, complete lack of compassion or people skills. I have since gone… elsewhere and got a full neurological exam, head to toe, and was treated with compassion and was given a clear explanation of the suspected issue and a reasonable treatment plan. Definitely do not recommend Dr. Naftulin.

Dr. Scott Naftulin is an amazing Doctor. His comprehensive approach resolved my back problems that I had suffered from for over 10 years.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. He was very arrogant and did not listen to anything I had to say and cut me off when I spoke. In fact his manner was quite shocking to me. I wish I had a video of it. Spent no time looking at my medical history. I decided before the visit was even half over that I would never return and that I would be fearful of following any recommendation that he would give to me. I find it very odd in reading the reviews that some people have an absolutely horrible experience with this guy and some just the opposite. It is very concerning to me for the sake of future new patients who will be subjected to the “horrible” experience. However, for me, I wouldn’t return to see him if he was the only practicing doctor left in the world.

This guy was a heartless inconsiderate doctor with the God complex!

Dr. Naftulin has been very sensitive to my needs and has gone out of his way to help ease my pain.

This guy is a straight jerk! My poor husband had a back surgery 4 years ago and was pain free four 4 years. Unfortunately this past summer his disc buldge again and he was getting the scatic nerve pain along with his chronic migraines. This dr disregarded my husband and made him feel horrible for needing pain medicine until he got his 3rd surgery. He made him feel like an addict and so my husband took a drug test came back negative and then the dr had a problem it was negative stayed something should of showed up on his drug test if he was prescribed pain meds but my husband only took as needed. He ended telling him they weren't going to treat him any more. This is after only 3 visits! Very disappointed and we are looking to report him

Was rude and inaccurate. Didn't do a good exam.

Love this office, staff and Dr. Naftelin, he is very busy, but does take the time out to talk to you. He is excellent in what he does, he has seen me many times and always has a smile for me.

I found that my time was wasted, his physical exam was not complete. I will not return to his office for any procedure.
