Have ethics in your practice. We transferred our services to Nagy Family dental in Jan 2023 after our dentist retired. We have quickly come to learn that this practice is more in to the business side and not necessarily for the best of the patient. As a practice this large they should fully understand billing dental practices and not provide services without getting prior approval from insurance leaving the customer to pay expenses out of pocket for services not needed. And be aware that if you cancel a scheduled appointment less than 24 hours from appointment you will be charged $75.00

I do not trust Nagy Family Dental Group. I was a new patient and at my initial visit I was presented with a "treatment plan" that listed my out of pocket cost after my insurance paid their portion ($400). I believed the info presented to me and went back to this practice an additional 3 times. 1.5 months after my final visit, I received a bill in the mail for an additional $750.00. Had I been given this information at the time of service, I would NEVER have made the decision to receive care. This is sneaky and deceptive business practices. I spoke to Dr. Nagy on the telephone and he assured me his office manager would call me to rectify the situation. I have not heard anything in 3.5 months except for bills they continue to send. I would not recommend this provider to anyone in the future.

Personable, understanding, caring, and the latest in dental technology are just some of the qualities that I experienced during my appt. with Dr. Nagy. I highly recommend his services.
