He removed my gallbladder and was very informative, knowledgeable and caring throughout the first, visit, surgery and follow up. Thankful for a caring physician.

I did not even get past making an appointment because the receptionist were both so rude. One of them hung up on me after taking my number, the other one said that she had six calls on hold and I would have to wait. Terrible customer service! When someone needs medical care they want people who are friendly and caring. There are so many people who need jobs right now and it makes me frustrated that people who have jobs can be so hateful!

For a doctor ewho is supposed tobe the "best" in the area, I am dispapointed. His staff is rude and do not treat you well at all. His office is NOT user friendly. he is a nice guy, but does not really care about you, just how soon he can cut on you. I really felt like a number. I don't care how goo dhe is, if he is arrogant--forget it. I cancelled my surgery and will not be reshceduling it.
