My appointment was at 9am and finally got called back at 10:30am. Dr Robbins entered the room at 11:01. The waiting area was packed full of people complaining about the wait times and the staff was unsympathetic. All this just to discuss some results. I definitely recommend serious consideration before making an appointment with this doctor.

My family and I have known and been attended by Dr. Robbins, and his staff for more than 7 years now. Dr. Robbins is very personable, knows his business, and insists on quality care for his patients. He has personally seen to it that I am cared for when I needed appointments involving referrals. I would (and do) recommend him to anyone needing his services. His staff work very hard to make the office experience a good one, are caring and courteous on the phone, and take excellent care of the patients. will never let this doctor touch me again he is rude and doesnt care you are hurting call one week had to talk to nurse who just told me to take over counter meds was hurting so bad went to hosiptal emergency room where they find I need surgery but when called dr robbins he told them since I had appointed the next day he would see me than dr at ER felt sorry for me gave me pain meds to hold me over thinking that dr Robbins would do surgery soon but that wasnt case he came in seen me after over 1 hr wait said nursewill tell you when surgery time that long wait took me 5 min when he came in my room just to tell i needed surgery which was still three days away just take tyanole for pain which didnt help than after surgery which he only knew of one herina but founded out had two he had them rush me though recovery to send home hurting and would not even come talk with me told hubby and now im at home hurting cant sleep ask for hosiptal bed from nurse which my insurance would pay for but… she dint even ask him said they dont do that even knowing i still have another herina but he said will repair when we do lap band thats all he thinks about not someone hurting got news I will not do the lapband not with him he will not touch any of my family ever again
