Doctor does not have good bedside manners and seems very cold and distant. His staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Billing dept flat out refused to code correctly for my insurance to pay. My insurance had no problem paying for my check up but couldn’t get the billing dept to bill it right, forcing me to pay for what my insurance company was more than willing to pay for it we could just get someone to give a crap and do their job

Dr. Rutchik is the best Urologist and has done wonders for my urgent incontinent issues.

I would like to start off that I was having problems Urinating. I went to Dr. Rutchick where he scheduled me an appoint to have a surgery done almost 6 weeks out. I called numerous times to have my surgery day changed cause I was only urinating drops at a time. I was told by the receptionist that me calling every day was not going to get me an earlier appointment. Needless to say the blockage became so bad that I completely could not urinate and had to go to the emergency room and have an emergency surgery so I could at least urinate. I was then catheterized for a week and was schedule for a follow up surgery to get all the scar tissue to remove. This place is a joke and would not recommend them to ANYONE.... I now have emergency bills and and an emergency surgery I have to pay for cause this place could not get me in know my situation was bad...
