Dr. Scott Selinger, MD

Dr Selinger from day 1 has patiently listened to me and helped me work through issues. He is fast to respond. A real pleasure having him as my doctor.

Our family has several complains to Dr. Scott Selinger, MD: 1) Dr. Selinger was polite only first several months since we selected him as our family doctor at Kaiser. After that he was rude and unprofessional. 2) He failed to provide correct diagnosis for me. He did not provide a referral to a specialist. He only gave me a web link how to treat another diagnose (not mine) with over-the-counter medicine. We went to another Dr. at Kaiser without referral, successfully to us another Dr. accepted us and identified correctly the diagnosis and prescribed an adequate treatment. Thank to God this helped us! Another Dr. was shocked with the behavior of Dr. Selinger. 3) This is not the alone situation when Dr.Selinger failed to provide correct diagnosis and did not provide a referral. 4) We are US immigrants and he asked me a question “When are you going to return home?” This is not his business where we will live and he should not ask such rude questions. Shortly: Dr.Selinger. is… completely unprofessional and would never investigate your health problem properly. Dr. Selinger failed to provide a correct diagnosis and did not give a referral to a specialist. The standard process of his “medical practice" - do not listen to you, he is always in a hurry, do not ask about symptoms, do not make any laboratory tests and provide the simplest possible diagnosis with suggestion “do nothing”. Do not recommend him at all.
