Dr. Scott Tannehill, DC

From his childhood he has had, he believes, a God given heart of compassion and empathy toward people especially regarding their health. While many young boys grew up wanting to be a Fireman, he wanted to be a Dentist. His interests changed as he reached college age and his pre-dental curriculum at UCLA led him to a much deeper appreciation for the whole body. At UCLA he undergraduate teacher assisted and taught anatomy. He also excelled in neurological studies. Upon graduation from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) it became clear to him that Chiropractic would be part of his life's calling. He went on to Los Angeles College of Chiropractic graduating Summa Cum Laude Valedictorian in 1986. He has experience treating athletes (US Olympic team athletes, Pro Beach Volleyball players, NFL football players, etc.), and was a team physician for an all star soccer team traveling to Japan. He treats the elderly, children, and everyone in …between, even a dog or two. He loves what he does, and it is his goal to assist people to be healthy, removing nerve interference, and teaching structural, postural balance; empowering them to be proactive at maintaining optimal health and wellness, spirit, soul, and body!
