Dr. Scotty Dale Watson, MD

Please check the reviews of Dr. Watson and his staff before giving him your business. They are the worst in the business in my experience. There is a reason they are rated so low. RUN!!!!

dr watson performed my fiances reverse colostomy. when it went wrong, he informed me that he had not gone far enough up the bowel, hence him having an infection, and causing another surgery six days later. on day 12, my boyfriend died. I have yet to hear anything from doctor watson. unsurprising, seeing as when the nursing staff would call his office or page him, we would have to wait hours for a response. thanks dr watson for using the love of my life as a science experiment!!!!!

I do not doubt this Dr's knowledge of what he does, but I wouldn't not recommend him whatsoever. After surgery family was never notified of findings during surgery, never saw him in the hospital until we had nurse page him on the 8th day, and office visits have had to wait over 2 hours each time. This is not way to run a practice or provide patient care. A patients time is just as valuable as the doctor. Staff was not friendly or even apologetic for the long waits .

Very fine doctor, i would highly recommend him, considered the finest surgeon in the southeast.
