rude nurse. tried to tell me I could not have my medical records until after DR release. Texas patient bill of rights says patient has access to information at any time. DR was ok and performed mole removal without incident. My problem is the treatment given by the nurse. Unprofessional, rude and tried to bully me into withholding records. Requested records at front desk with no incident. Customer service matters to me. I have other options and this place will not be one of them.

I waited to be seen for 15 minutes, so I thought that was extremely fast. I read the reviews on here before seeing him so I must say I was concerned, but because his staff got me in so fast to be seen- I went. Glad I did. This doctor explained to me what my skin condition probably was, but to be sure he would like to biopsy the rash. He biopsied the area and the diagnosis was the exact same as he told me it was. He was kind and thourough. I saw no attitude or rudeness at all. I asked about my son's scalp that has been an issue off and on for years. He offered to work my son in while I was there and was very kind to him. The only reason I wrote this review is because I realized... the only people that write reviews are usually mad people. I think this man is in this business for the right reasons and I will see him again. And recommend him.

I would never ever return to that office to be treated in the horrific manner in which I was treated. He waves his arms theatrically while belittling you and does not listen to a word you say. He treats people in a very unprofessional manner.
