Dr. Sean Edward Allworth

Sean Allworth, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in primary care and a special interest in general medical dermatology. He is proud to bring his clinical expertise and passion for skin health to Advanced Dermatology of Alaska, where he aims to provide exceptional dermatologic care to patients of all ages and from all walks of life. Before commissioning as a PA, Sean served for 10 years as an enlisted infantryman in the U.S. Army. He completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His 15 years of active-duty military service have shaped a career rooted in professionalism, adaptability, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. As a military PA, he has cared for a diverse patient population in high-tempo environments, honing clinical and leadership skills that translate seamlessly into the dermatology setting. Outside of work, Sean …enjoys fly fishing, snowboarding, and camping, especially when he can do those things alongside his two kids, ages 13 and 11. He's also an avid hockey parent and loves watching his children play.
