Dr. Sean Reid Duffy, MD

I had my first appointment with Dr. Duffy a couple of weeks ago. He was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and his office staff was helpful also. Thankfully, it was easy to schedule an appointment with him. I recommend him if you're in need of psychiatric medications. However, he does not provide "talk therapy" but that seems to be the norm with psychiatrists in Las Vegas. The mental health care in this state is pitiful (as is other medical care)!! I'm from California and have continued seeing my psychiatrist in Santa Monica since moving to Vegas 9 years ago. I'm very happy I finally found a doctor I can trust prescribing my psych medications that isn't located hundreds of miles from my Summerlin home. Dr. Duffy is also a Medicare provider which is a plus for me. I highly recommend him.

Very little therapy, just prescribes medications

I was treated by Dr. Duffy for 4 years for bi-polar disorder. I found him to be very insightful concerning treatment options and sensitivity to mood swings. Definetly an asset in my being able to maintain my lifestyle. My career required relocation so I had to leave his practice. He will be missed.

Dr. Duffy was considerate, thoughtful and professional in treatment of my Adult ADD. Dr. Ross, on of the therapists in his practice has also been professional and helpful.
