This )$&@ treated me for conditions on the presumptive list, yet didn't get me evaluated for 100% and didn't treat me for any thing I was complaining about, left me with broken glasses that could not even be jury rigged back together leaving me twice legally blind for 6 months in his 'care' while I'm threatened for getting too close, lol! I can see 6 inches without glasses!!! Care, this )$&@ is making the world dangerous for all psychiatrists! Because of his I refuse to go back to the VA, but yet they won't help me unless I go to their outpatient desk. He's a tool the VA used to flush me down their toilet of a system. I already lost my gleuteus to this hospital's incompetence and because of Menjares I have more PTSD than from the Gulf from his mind bending drugs to the VA police with their billy clubs. He is the reason the VA isn't recognizing my daughter, that his 'team' derided me as she would never want to know me. I guess that's why we both make YouTube videos singing,… because their nasty comments that came in the middle of that stuff they called care, was incorrect and disrespectful. And now my girlfriend is pregnant with complications, she will be in the hospital in a week to help the baby have a chance and your VA, isn't even in a position to be welcome to know let alone do anything that should have been done long ago to prevent the economic and medical problems I now have to deal with in my family with out any tools to provide for them. Ive seen his staff deriding patients as being just lazy and they should work, online outside of the realm of professional care. If you gave this doctor a 5 star review, shame on you. And shame on the pettiness of no vulgarity, this man deserves a constant stream of them for the rest of his life!

My husband had a very difficult time choosing a program for his mental health because he did not connect with the doctors. It only took one visit with Minjares for him to say he'd found the right one.
