I had a gastric bypass almost one year ago, and I have been delighted with the care given to me by all of the employees of this practice. I gave Dr. Eid five stars because we had a five star experience with him. From our first appointment at his office which we were easily able to schedule to our stay at the hospital, everything was professional and seamless. Dr. Eid is extremely personable and we were very comfortable talking with him about the surgery. He was able To schedule us very quickly. Our experience with Dr. Eid at Hackensack was also exceptional. He came to meet with us before the surgery and came out to speak with me after. He did an excellent job, and our follow up appointment two weeks later was fast and on time. We never felt rushed and he was very patient with us. I couldnt recommend Dr. Eid more highly.

Never seen such a compasstionate doctor. My Mom is 82 years old and we came in to Hackensack emergency room with stomach discomfort to find out after alot of test that she had colon cancer. He explained the procedure and was not in a hurry to operate until all her vitals where stable. He operated and my mom is doing well. Dr. Eid has the best bedside manner I have ever seen and believe me with a 82 year old mom I have seen alot of doctors!!!

My experience meeting with Dr. Eid came at the Emergency Room of Hackensack hospital. He was assigned to my case which involved diagnosing and operating on an inflamed gall bladder. He came to my bed in the er and explained in detail why he thought it was the gall bladder causing the pain and wanted to watch certain blood levels throughout the night and would make a decision the following day. The next morning he came to say that the levels were within range and that surgery could take place. He was courteous, kind, detailed, obviously skilled at his work (since I'm writing this post surgery) and I credit him for bringing me out of a great deal of pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Eid.
