Dr. Seema Sharma, MD

Doctor input my daughter’s weigh wrong, for example, 11lbs 15 oz they input as 11.15, upon asking them to check to make sure, they told us they didn’t do anything wrong and immediately sent us a letter in mail saying she will no longer see us. She will also charge you sick visit if she has to send out any referral or if your baby get vaccine at non-recommended month (even if your child is not sick), my insurance told me doctor isn’t suppose to charge 2 separate visit on the same day. Billing office is a joke, I’ve signed an agreement with them for them to replace the sick visit with wellness visit because originally they told me my insurance won’t cover vaccine at 7 month, but it turned out my insurance will, later on they still hold me responsible for 50% of the sick visit because instead of replacing it, they resubmitted the claim with both wellness and sick visit on there(according to my insurance), what a greedy greedy shady business they are conducting, my insurance verified… with me as well as on my EOB showed I don’t owed anything and they are still holding me responsible for the sick visit. If you read your bill carefully, you can tell exactly how good/ethical your doctor is. For her to turn away her patient instantly when we approach her with issues really tell you a lot. It would appear that if a child does not fit each metric for all the growth charts and comes in at any time other than on the prescribed vaccine/check up schedule then they are considered "sick" and you'll be billed as such. The bright side of this is we now have a different doctor who confirmed with us that their office does not have these kinds of policies of additional charges for "sick" visits and referrals. BTW we have consulted with 2 other pediatric doctor and they both confirmed my daughter doesn't have FTT like what dr. sharma diagnosed.

Dr. Sharma and her office staffs are really great and service oriented. The office has very friendly and professional atmosphere. Physician takes extra time to care for each child and address parents concern. Dr. Sharma's approach, expertise, guidance and education to parents proves children are in the safe hands of a great provider. The provider is available via phone, and email to parents if needed for health related questions. The office staffs provide great follow up care and referral services. I would definitely recommend this office with trust and confidence.

When I first walked in the office I was unsure about choosing this facility. The wait room was crowded - but then I observed it was because of families accompanied the patient to the appointment. When my son's name was called it was a completely different atmosphere. It was quick and the staff were so nice. Dr. Sharma was beautiful, charming and quick to diagnose my son. I am very pleased.
