Dr. Seetharaman Ashok, MD

Dr. Ashok performed surgery on me and I feel wonderful now.

I never got past his horrible office staff. I called to make a self referral, but was told I had to come in to the office to provide ID and proof of insurance. I drove 43 miles to provide the required information. I again asked to make an appointment (I was, after all, in their office), but was told I could not until my insurance was verified. This would not happen until the following week. Dr. Ashok overhead my conversation and assured me I'd have an appointment within 3 weeks. I awaited the promised call, but heard nothing. I went to see my Primary Physician, to ask her to forward to Dr. Ashok an electronic referral. This caused Dr. Ashok's office staff to call me and I was then allowed to make an appointment. When I arrived on the scheduled day they had no record of the information I had given previously, requesting everything again. When I complained about my experience the Office Manager became indignant. I ended up leaving with seeing Dr. Ashok. I guess getting paid is primary.

Office manager didn't make notes about my situation and when I showed up for appt they refused to see me after I'd taken off work to go. Getting the appointment was extremely difficult and took weeks because they bungled the referral and didn't call me to schedule even though I was leaving them messages.

Dr Ashok is outstanding! His level of professionalism and compassion is beyond anything I have ever enuwith another Dr. Our community is very lucky to have such a dr. Thank you!

I would like to commend Dr. Ashok & his staff for the "excellent" care & service they provide their patients. Not only are they efficient, but have a geniune love & concern for the well being of their patients. Thanks again Dr. Ashok & staff for a job well done.. Keep up the good work!
