Dr. Segundo Luis Lizardo Guzman, MD

Segundo Lizardo, M.D. received his medical degree from Pontifica Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Dr. Lizardo went on to complete his residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine/Elmhurst Hospital in New York, NY. Dr. Lizardo is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and has been practicing in the Mid Valley for 5 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medial Association, and the American Academy of Hospice & Palliative Medicine. Dr. Lizardo is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Regional Academic Health Center. He is also an Associate Professor for the University Of Texas Pan American Physician Assistant Studies department and Nurse Practitioner department. Dr. Lizardo has devoted his time to medical staff committee membership, serving on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
