Dr. Sejal Saumil Mehta, MD

Dr. Mehta is extremely unprofessional and rude. She is very uncompassionate towards her patients. Everytime I go to her visits she interrupts our meetings by taking phone calls on other patients and discusses their private information in front of me, this is a HIPPA violation and I will be reporting her. Do not go to this clinic, there are other way more experienced and professional doctors out there.

This doctor I sensed real quickly that I needed to stay guarded with her. I knew her all of three weeks and she diagnosed me with a personality disorder that my trauma counselor, the trauma program I later went to and my later psychiatrist took away. Those psychiatrists experienced in trauma and in personality disorders assured me that I do not meet the diagnostic criteria for the personality disorder she was so quick to label me with. She filed a CPS case on me and her allegations were ruled out. I am furious with this doctor and the counsleors who work beside her. I have read a lot into counseling and treatment. Symptoms of a personality disorder must persist for more than two years in order for someone to be diagnosed with one. My trauma related symptoms have occured only through the midst of a custody process with a master manipulator, someone who plays mind games. If you are experiencing any trauma related issues, avoid this doctor. She knows very little about trauma and will end… up doing more harm than good.

Dr Mehta has been "treating" my son for 6 months now. No communication, no follow up, no evaluation of pt's improvement. My son has been talking to the assistant everytime he goes to his appt. I asked the "assistant" ---- " how do you know whether you need to increase or decrease his dose" The response " it's all up to my son's response and how he is feeling and his response to his present dose". So it's all up to the patient, the patient has total control of the amount he is getting! Do you think they should have a scheduled evaluation of each patient they are supposed to be treating? So we are checking out, after a 15minute talk with the assistant, I gave the paper to the lady at the front desk, she looked at the paper and said ........ "Oh you already met your deductible, that would be $50". My husband has a really good insurance, once we met our deductible, it is 100% covered. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.......
