Dr. Selena Nicholas-Bublick, MD, MHS

Dr. Bublick was very friendly and professional. She took the time to ask me several questions regarding my heath and answered all of my questions. Dr. Bublick did not appear to be in a rush. We spent a lot of time discussing my condition and my medications. She offered suggestions on how to manage my symptoms. Dr. Bublick demonstrated a sincere interest in my well being.

Office staff namely Felicia and Noel are very rude to patients I witnessed Noel being told she had a call from a patient she picked up the phone as the receptionist informed her who was on the line then says oh I am not talking to him then slammed the receiver down. Felicia is another treat altogether I arrived early for my appointment only to wait 15 mins past the time of my appointment for her to come out like a raging bull yelling at me in front of other patients about a workers comp form and that they weren't going to be paid for this and weren't going to take me back to see the doctor until I proved to them it would be paid in full that it was my fault the paperwork wasn't straightened out and I needed to guarantee they'd be paid so she'd have to get ahold of someone and I'd have to wait as long as it takes because it's my fault they didn't have the correct paperwork. I already had prior knowledge the discrepancy on the form had been explained to Felicia by the workers comp… caseworker and that everything was set to go forward payment was approved and proof had been faxed to them and received by them 2 months prior to my appointment. I was so embarrassed being yelled at in front of the other patients in the waiting room I finally just walked out almost in tears.
