Dr. Lin is an awesome OB-GYN!! I’ve been her patient for years.

Great doctors but extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Crystal Smith is no office manager but a bully with a title and fake confidence whom doesn't listen to what paying customers have to say.

Because of her I am alive today as she detected cancers cells in the beginning stage and we both decided to continue with a procedure. Thank you Dr. Lin!!!

The staffs are really rude and misbehaving. the doctor does not give much time to patients. All they care about is sending bills and charge a collection fee if you miss a payment. They even charge for pap-smear and bloodwork. Whereas, no other doctors office change money for pap-smear or bloodwork. I won't recommend anyone to this office.

Dr Lin is a friendly and knowledgeable doctor, but her office staff are not friendly. I had gestational diabetes and needed a prescription from Dr. Lin. And the prescription was sent by the office staff. When I went to the pharmacy, they said they didn't receive my order. I had to ask the office staff next day in person since I had a office visit. The lady told me that, "uh, it didn't go through, I will send it again." But she didn't even tell me yesterday and save the trip! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. The lady who does the blood is lack of skill and always said, " see, you control the blood so I can't draw the blood!" Really?! Are you sure I can control my blood? The office wait is always long as well. If you really want to see Dr. Lin, you have to wait at least 45 mins. each visit.

OFFICE STAFF IS SO SO RUDE! They are not helpful at all and care 0 about you. Dr. Lin is always in a hurry and you will definitely wait at least 30-45 + min everytime. I am definitely switching doctors. I felt very mistreated and left the place angry. NOT what a first time mom should ever feel like.

I chose Dr. Lin because she had great reviews and other patients raved about her. As a doctor she is very sweet and takes her time with you. Unfortunately they methods the office uses to deliver messages to the patients are not very well thought out. Yiu either receive a message stating evrythibg is normal or you get a message stating to call the offoce for yiur results, which means something is abnormal. Being pregnant for the first time is scarey enough now you have to add on the stress of calling to get your results and having to leave a message for them to call you back. That makes no sense and if such a waste of time. The wait time is more than 45 min and the staff cares very little about the patient. If I could switch doctors I would. I do not recommend this office for first time moms. It has been a traumatizing experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

I went to Dr Lin for an issue and she prescribed me some hormones without even taking a look at me or without even doing blood work. She said take these for 10 days and let's see if it takes care of the symptoms that you are having. Really!?!! I could have go to WedMD and self diagnosed if I wanted to take a shot in the dark. Fortunately I didn't take her advice or the hormones and I went to another OBGyn who looked at me, who listened to me and who did blood work and determined I had a bacterial infection. No hormone issues whatsoever. I'm scared for those who blindly follow Dr. Lin's advice.

Dr. Lin is very nice, knowledgeable and thorough, however she has the worst billing staff ever. I cannot believe a doctor such as Dr. Lin would allow people who work in her billing department (including manager) represent her. They are the rudest and meanest office staff I have ever seen. Because of them, I have chosen not to go to Dr. Lin anymore. They think they are above the doctors and do whatever they want. One of them even told me she would remove me from seeing Dr. Lin without the doctor's approval. How rude and unprofessional.

Love Dr. Selina Lin, MD, she is true professional, knowledge and with great bedside manners. I trust her 100%. I agree with the review on the billing staff, but it has all change since her old partner left. Recently, I need a precedure to be done at Memorial Hermann, I had the best experience ever.
