The receptionist is the rudest lady I have ever encountered at a medical office front desk.

Don't trust this doctor if your health planned offered him, as an automatic selected PCP. First off my daughter, was denied services when he is a family doctor and assigned by the health plan not by choice but by qualifications.

Does not understand or care about his patients.

Worst treatment my family has ever recieved. Our son dislocated and fractured his leg. After an evening In the emergency room he saw Dr Jone. He barely looked at our son and indicated he needed immediate attention. He abruptly left the room. There was no attempt at a referral or follow up. It took us a week to find another primary Dr and referral to an orthopedic surgeon. It time for Dr Jone to retire. It's time for Wellspace to leave the healthcare business

I was sent to Dr Jone not by my choice due to being forced onto Medi-Cal when my employer discharged me in the middle of serious treatment. After 4 months of jumping through ridiculous hoops this Dr finally tells me he will not sign my employer annual disability statement that will continue my already established disability payments. I begged him to consult with my old set of Drs, I had those Drs write him letters when he would not reach out. I have a diagnosis of a rare untreatable connective tissue disease by a geneticist for several years. Apparently having brain surgery was not convincing enough that I have real problems. My arm is currently not functional due to a bad fall from my brain issues and I am being worked up by an orthopedic surgeon to reattach my bicep yet "I dont look disabled" I have a lump in my breast you can feel for months now that has not been biopsied for cancer because the surgeon can't get his office to send a correct referral. He made me come in for an… appointment so he could get paid to tell me he wont sign my papers because he wouldn't answer me over the phone or email. I now have to physically move my home 70 miles away to another county so I can get back to my old set of Drs that were with me from the start because of Medi-Cal rules. I have never been treated so poorly and I am a medical professional myself! Even if he wanted to discredit my geneticist, my arm has VISIBLE TRAUMA. He wont even be helpful for things right in front of his eyes.

Both my husband and I saw him to set him up as our primary and we both agreed he needs to retires. Since he's been practicing for over 50+ years, I'm sure he was excellent at one point but no longer. My list of complaints is long but let's just say he never gave me proper answers to questions I asked about my blood test results (good thing I knew how to answer my own questions); he walks away before we're completely done (and usually doesn't come back); he's so soft spoken, I can't understand half of what he's saying; and the worst one of all: my husband has ALS, the moment he saw my husband, he said, "so I guess you won't be playing baseball anytime soon". We are done with him and I've also notified our insurance company, too.

I HAVE A HIGH REGARD & RESPECT FOR DR. JONE (HIS STAFF ALSO) AS HE LISTENS TO ME, SPEAKS TO ME SO I CAN UNDERSTAND WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY CANCER AND WHAT I CAN EXPECT FROM THE TREATMENTS (HE IS NOT MY ONCOLOGIST HE'S MY PRIMARY CARE MD!) HE HAS ORDERED PHYSICAL AQUA THERAPY (BAD HIP AWAITING REPLACEMENT 3-20) I DO RECOMMEND DR JONE AS A PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR !! p.s. ignore the turkeys running around in the parking lot and circling the building, trying to peak in the windows while you are in exam room
