She is a Pill Mill. She’s will prescribe you Xanax in a heart beat. You say anxiety and she’ll immediately recommend Xanax. She is a terrible therapist. She comes off judgmental and pompous. Do not come and see her unless you want to find yourself hooked on very addictive drugs.

Two previous postings regarding her Spanish speaking capabilities are out of place and misleading, as she is a fluent Spanish speaker. Perhaps the miscommunication is based on the fact that she has a native Spanish speaking accent, which could be, understandably, a little bit confusing for non-native Spanish speakers. This can be overcome with more familiarity and ensuing sessions. I am perfectly okay with our sessions and look forward to continuing treatment with her.

Look elsewhere. I agree with the poster who commented on her Spanish abilities. Half the session is wasted as she tries to articulate a cohesive statement. On top of that, she comes across as judgmental and not up to date on her billing or communication either. “Buyer” beware.

Not a very good therapist, she claims that she speaks Spanish but half the session will be her attempting to enunciate a Spanish word. Sessions should be half off.

Dr. Puga is an excellent psychiatrist. Her diagnosis a accurate and she understand the problem. Her treatment is very good giving follow up.She is very friendly and her impressive resume is makes feel happy any patient.i highly recommend Dr. Puga to any person in need of a great psychiatrist.
