I’m shocked to see these glowing ratings. Dr. Frances is patronizing, dismissive, and refuses to listen to me. As a result my condition has worsened. The front desk staff(Phil) seems to be in his own world and I’m not part of it. He’s very unfriendly and not very competent at all. I have rarely felt so dismissed by a doctor’s office.

I love going to her. She really cares about you and spends the time listening to what you have to say. She actually gets all the input from other doctors and reads it all. She’s intelligent and knows what’s she’s doing.

I suffered with pain for more 15 years as it got worse and worse. I finally made an appointment to see dr francis. She was able to diagnose my condition and put me on a prescription that changed my life. I can't say enough about how good a doctor she is. She asks probing questions, has a wealth of experience and is very caring. You can't go wrong seeing her. She is great.

The best thing to me about Dr. Francis is that she really listens. I've struggled with that with previous rheumatologists. I've found that she works with you when it comes to your medical care. Also when I first met with her, she didn't just repeat what other doctors said, or do the same treatment, she tried something new - which worked. I can also say that I completely trust her decisions as my doctor, not something you can say about all doctors.
