My Experience was absolutely wonderful I could not ask for a better Doctor.

Thanks to Sergei Kachar and his team. He saved me. I was shown a hip replacement, but no one would undertake the operation, since I am allergic to certain metals, even at the hip institute they refused me the operation, but Dr. Sergei Kachar managed to find me the right prosthesis. The operation was successful, he immediately came up to me in the hospital, after I woke up, and talked to me - asked how I was feeling, then came up to me several more times while I was in the hospital. I am very glad that I recognized this doctor. I recommend it to everyone. Besides being an excellent doctor, he is also a very wonderful person.

Dr Kachar has great bedside manner. He patiently answered all my questions and let me know exactly what to expect from the day of surgery and throughout recovery. I am at the eight week mark of total knee replacement and feel great. My range of motion vastly improved and the pain is gone. I would definitely recommend Dr Kachar.

I can’t say enough about Dr Kachar and the entire team here. It’s been a rough year with arthritis and stress fracture in one knee and torn meniscus in the other. Now I am feeling great! My knee replacement is amazing. I’m getting stronger and getting my life back. Dr Kachar has made the experience complete. I literally trust him with my life. Thanks team!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kachar!! His “bedside manner is excellent, his skill as a surgeon is excellent, his follow up is excellent and he takes as much time as you want to take to answer any question. Highly recommend him!!!

Dr.Kachar is a very nice doctor he explained to me the injury to my knee and gave me the best solution to repair my injury I had surgery on left knee arthroscopic and he helped me thru my healing process he’s the best 5stars

Dr Kachar performed my hip replacement and did an excellent job. He and his office staff are very caring and thorough.

This review is at the 6 week point of my TKA recovery and I could not be happier with how the total knee replacement has gone for me. Dr. Kachar is very communicative and personable and was able to answer my questions before and after my surgery. I was able to leave Northwest Community Hospital (I would also recommend this hospital) on the same day as my surgery after being treated so well. I was given support for home and out of home phyical therapy which I followed very closely leading to what has been a very good outcome. Pain has been very tolerable, range of motion has ramped up past 120 degrees pretty quickly, and strength is returning to my satisfaction. This is my 2nd total knee replacement with Dr. Kachar and the team at NCH (2016 was my right knee replacement) so I had alot to compare to. This surgery went even better than the first one (meaning my goals are being met even sooner than last time) and my original 2016 replacement success is why I went back to Dr. Kachar.

Dr. Kachar replaced my two hips. He and his team did a great job in preparing me for what was going to happen during the surgery and the recovery process. Oh yeah and of course I had a great outcome. Before surgery I was having all sorts of issues walking. As soon as Dr. Kachar saw me walk he could tell the issue and confirmed how messed up I was after looking at my X-Rays. I was in so much pain before surgery that post-surgery pain was minimal. I didn't have to take any pain medication. I had to learn to walk again so fatigue was an issue. Physical Therapy took care of that in short order. My mobility has greatly improved. Thanks Dr. Kachar.

Dr. Kachar replaced my hip and I am so very grateful I found him! Not only is he an excellent surgeon but a very kind and compassionate individual. Never once did I feel rushed in any appointment. The surgery went much better than I could ever have expected... even though he told me it would! Home that day and walking without any aids within 2 weeks. It is such a great feeling to feel normal again! He is simply the BEST! Thank you Dr. Kachar!!
