Dr. Seth David Hoffman, MD

I saw Dr. Hoffman for a future colonoscopy and a discussion about my bowels. I felt he was condescending and dismissive and is someone that I would never see again. Fortunately, they canceled my colonoscopy due to a "schedule change." I will schedule outside of Ohio Health.

Everybody there was very nice, including Dr. Hoffman. The procedure was quick and painless with no side effects, so that was great.

I have been seeing Dr. Hoffman annually for 14 years. I have always found him and his staff to be courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in my care. I recommend him highly.

Had an office visit in January and a colonoscopy in March. On both occasions my appointments were timely and everyone on the staff was great. Would highly recommend them!

Everyone is courteous and welcoming. I felt confident that my well-being mattered. There was absolutely no discomfort! However, you must "toot" before you are released. I recommend Dr. Hoffman and his staff to everyone.

I know what a compassionate and caring doctor is, and Dr. Hoffman is not that. His nurse was new, but even with that as an excuse, she could not have cared less when I said I was going to find a different doctor. Dr. Hoffman barely looked at me, never examined my stomach, ordered a test without telling me how horribly sick I would become going off my medicine all at once. DO NOT JUST GO OFF NEXIUM...You must taper off or the kickback symptoms are terrible. How incompetent of him. When I asked for my anti-nausea medicine I did not hear back for two days from his nurse who said Dr. Hoffman did not feel my symptoms needed attention, I could see him four months from now, BUT if I did need help, I was to go to an E.R. She told me that after I said I was having problems still. Unbelievable. And this was the short version of my dissatisfaction.
