This man is NOT classified as a Cardiologist!! Seth I. Keller, M.D. is a Cardiac ElectroPhysiologist (EP)-- NOT a Cardiologist!! What the immediate need for the patient is Post-Acute hospitalization Cardiologist for continual care. There is no immediate need for an Cardiac ElectroPhysiologist (EP)!! When calling this office to cancel an appointment as the patient is currently in the hospital, with great persistence, aggressiveness, brash attitude tone, and immense frustration talking to a thick wall, the receptionist continue to force this patient to meet the appointment date/time scheduled for next week. Staff and doctor do NOT listen to patients and their current situation. Everyday the staff persistently call my house urging for us to schedule an appointment. How can one do anything when your life is at a grinding standstill in the HOSPITAL??!! "When will the patient be discharged and then come and see Dr. Keller??" I do not know when. "When can he come and see Dr. Keller??"… My father is currently in the HOSPITAL, there is no known discharge date/time. This doctor's office absolutely have no humane compassion and no true humanity understanding for the situation at hand. An ElectroPhysiology exam has ALREADY been performed on the patient in the hospital, why should a second EP exam be required?? Money, money hungry is all Seth I. Keller, M.D. that matters to him and his staff.
